Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RallyMentor (“we”, “us”, “the App”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS and watchOS applications and related backend services.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the identifier and email address provided by that service. We store an encrypted password only if you register with email and password.

Match data. Information you enter about your tennis matches — such as scores, points, opponent names, court surface, and match format — is stored so the App can calculate scores and provide statistics and insights.

Subscription information. If you purchase a subscription, purchase and entitlement status is processed by Apple and our subscription-management provider, RevenueCat, so we can unlock paid features. We do not receive or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Apple’s App Store.

Device and diagnostic information. We do not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not access your camera, microphone, or location.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

• Create and maintain your account
• Save and sync your match data across your iPhone and Apple Watch
• Calculate scores, statistics, and match insights
• Provide and manage subscriptions
• Provide customer support

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-Party Services

• Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases and subscriptions.
• Google — Sign in with Google.
• RevenueCat — subscription and purchase management. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription status necessary to validate your entitlements. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
• Railway — our backend hosting provider, used to store your account and match data.

Data Storage and Security

Your match data is stored locally on your device and synced to our servers, hosted on Railway, when your device has connectivity. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypted network connections (HTTPS) and authentication tokens for all API access.

Data Retention and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account). Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, match history, and associated data from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Children’s Privacy

RallyMentor is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
