Welcome to RallyMentor. By downloading, accessing, or using the RallyMentor iOS or watchOS applications (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

RallyMentor is a tennis match tracking application that allows you to record match events, view score history, statistics, and match insights.

Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Subscriptions

RallyMentor offers RallyMentor+ Monthly, an optional 1-month auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID account. RallyMentor+ unlocks unlimited players, unlimited match history, and other premium features as described in the App at the time of purchase. The current price is displayed in the App prior to purchase and may vary by region.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the match data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the App’s functionality to you (such as syncing between your iPhone and Apple Watch, and generating statistics).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or its backend services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except as permitted by law

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that match statistics and insights will be free of inaccuracies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RallyMentor and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
