These terms cover your use of Good Days (the "app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The app

Good Days lets you save one photo and an optional note per calendar day. Core saving and browsing features are free. Some features — including entering past dates, browsing your full calendar history, monthly recap collages, and favorites — require Good Days Premium.

Your content

Photos and notes you save in Good Days are yours. You're responsible for the content you save and for having the rights to any photo you choose. Don't use the app to store or share unlawful content.

Subscriptions and purchases

Good Days Premium is available as an auto-renewing monthly subscription or as a one-time "Forever" purchase that never expires or renews. Both are billed through your Apple ID account.

• The monthly subscription automatically renews unless it's cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in your device's Settings app, under your Apple ID's Subscriptions.
• The "Forever" purchase is a one-time, non-renewing purchase — it's never billed again and doesn't need to be cancelled.
• Prices are set by Apple and shown in the app before you purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own refund policies — Good Days can't issue refunds directly.

If a subscription lapses or a purchase is no longer valid, you keep full access to every memory you already saved — a subscription expiring never hides, degrades, or deletes memories you've created.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Good Days is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Good Days and its developer aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
